If you are dissatisfied with a set of lashes with us, please don’t hesitate to call us with any questions or concerns. Here at Lash Up customer service is number one!
If your lashes aren’t shaped the way you’d like, or the length isn’t quite what you expected, we encourage you to call us within the first 3 days following your appointment so we can have you back in for a complimentary 30 minute appointment.
If you find your lashes have drastically shed within those first 3 days as well we’d love to have you back in to correct the issue as well. However, lashes naturally shed and is completely normal, it is impossible for us to know where you are in your lash cycle, so if you find a few lashes shedding this isn’t cause for a complimentary fix, this would be considered normal and a ‘top up’ or a ‘fill’ is required.
