If they exist, and it has to do with lashes, Lash Up’s got you covered. We offer signature (classic) lashes, hybrid, volume, mega volume as well as fantasy lashes. Signature lashing is the application of 1 extension being applied to every one of your natural lashes, this style will produce a natural look. Hybrid is a mixture of signature and volume lashing. Volume, is the application of 2-6 extensions to every natural lash, while mega volume allows us to apply 7-10 extensions to every natural lash. Fantasy lashing is the application of 20 extensions applied to every natural lash, wow that’s crazy right?! Lash Up specializes in lash health, each of our technicians are thoroughly trained to assist you!

A top up is an infill appointment booked 0-2 weeks from your previous appointment, a fill is scheduled 2-4 weeks from your previous appointment?

Depending on the amount of lashes you have, full sets take 1.5 to 2 hours, while a top up/ fill takes 1 – 1.25 hours!

Top up’s/ fills are required every 2-4 weeks!

No, no, no! Never ever apply mascara to your extensions, instead let your technician know you want more dramatic! Perhaps check out our lash lifting services!

Yes, but please avoid doing so for the first 24 hours after receiving your lashes. Also, those who live a more active lifestyle will require more frequent fills do to wear & tear/ shedding!

When applied correctly, no damage will occur, many of our clients lashes are longer now than when they started! Healthy, proper application is key! Each Lash Up technician has worked for their position within the studio, we’re proud to have fully certified technicians, who care about your lash health working within this company!

If you are dissatisfied with a service done by us, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Here at Lash Up customer service is number one! If your lashes aren’t shaped the way you’d like, or the length isn’t quite what you expected, we encourage you to call us within the first 3 days following your appointment so we can have you back in for a complimentary 30 minute appointment. If you find your lashes are shedding drastically within the first 3 days please contact us for a complimentary fix. Please note you should be loosing 2-3 extensions per day, this is normal. In order to qualify for a fix appointment you must call us within 3 days of your previous appointment, a fix can be booked up to 1 week after the initial appointment. If your concerns are surrounding fullness, at the fix appointment the technician will ensure every natural lash that can be lashes is lashed, if all lashes are in fact lashed, the client must move into a more dramatic set to achieve fullness.

• Do not get your lashes wet for the first 4 hours after your appointment
• Brush your extensions daily
• Avoid oil products such as makeup, skin care etc as oil causes poor retention/ increased shedding
• Try not to rub or sleep onto your lashes
• Top up’s/ fills are required every 2-4 weeks, it is normal to loose 2-3 extensions per eye, per day
• Do not tint, curl or apply mascara to your lashes
• Do not pick or pull at your lashes, if you want them off, call us!

Although we understand things happen, we kindly ask you to provide notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. We require 4 hours notice to change or cancel all bookings!

Oh no! Unfortunately we’re not magicians guys, if you return to your fill appointment with less then 30% of your extensions remaining the technician will not have time to get the lashes 100% full in the time allotted for your fill. As a result you will be offered the ability to do what we can within the time we have or if our schedule permits we’ll offer you the ability to do a full set! Please ensure you’re booking your refill appointments accordingly!
